Creare was birthed in 2023 as we were beachcombing on Scotland’s Fife Coast, yet it had its beginnings over 50 years ago when I discovered my first piece of sea glass! This first “find” ignited a passion and pursuit of treasure finding on the beaches, waterways, and landscapes of the world….and over the years our entire family has joined in!

Creare is a family endeavor, where we work together with the historic treasures of the sea and reimagine them into one-of-a-kind, wearable art. Our inspirational pieces come from our own vast collection and in collaboration with collectors from around the globe.

What was once discarded and broken is now counted as treasure. Each piece’s unique imperfections are what makes it perfect.....synonymous with the refining process each of us experiences as we travel through life. What persists at the end of the “tossing” makes us unique & beautiful. So it is with each Creare creation….jewelry with a history.
